The booking request form stores nothing on the site: it prepares a message (name, phone, email, dates, number of guests, message) that you send yourself by email or WhatsApp. We only receive what you choose to send us.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request and prepare your booking (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).

Recipients

Only the villa owners. Your messages go through your own email or WhatsApp. The website host (Cloudflare) processes technical connection data (IP address) to run and secure the site.

Retention

3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. Data about completed stays is kept as required by law.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp's service, which has its own privacy policy.
